These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the websites and services provided by ASN Intelligence LLC ("ASN," "we," "us"), including messaging services we operate on behalf of the businesses we serve. By using our services or receiving our messages, you agree to these Terms.
Our services
ASN provides websites, automation, marketing, and communication services to businesses. Some services include sending text messages and emails to a business's own customers on that business's behalf.
SMS / Text messaging terms
By providing your mobile number and opting in, you agree to receive recurring text messages — such as appointment reminders, follow-ups, and offers — from the business you have a relationship with, sent by ASN on its behalf.
Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP; reply HELP for help. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Payment
Where fees apply, setup and monthly amounts are shown at checkout or in a separate order/agreement. Setup fees are charged at checkout; recurring fees are billed per the selected plan. Payments are processed securely by our payment provider; invoices are due on receipt, and payments are non-refundable except as required by law.
Acceptable use
You agree not to use our services for any unlawful purpose, to send unsolicited messages, or to interfere with the operation of our services. We may suspend service for violations of these Terms or applicable law.
Disclaimers
Our services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee any particular ranking, result, or outcome.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, ASN Intelligence LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services or receipt of our messages.
Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
