Quote for a full repipe?

Hi — our upstairs bathroom is leaking again and a plumber says the whole house may need repiping. Are you booking next month?

Does it tell callers it’s an AI?

Yes — on every call, before anything substantive is discussed, and it never claims to be a person. Where calls are recorded, it says that too. That disclosure is written into the agent itself rather than left to a setting, so it happens on 100% of calls.

What stops it from saying the wrong thing?

A written brief you approve before it takes a single live call: the exact greeting, the questions it is allowed to answer and the answers it must give, what it may say about pricing, when to hand off to a person, and a never-say list. It answers from that brief or it routes to a human — it does not improvise about your business.

Is there a setup fee, and am I locked into a contract?

No setup fee, and Autopilot is month-to-month with no minimum term. The scoping call, the build and the script review are carried in the monthly price. It either earns its place on your phone system or you switch the forward off.

Why does it say from $89 when my quote is higher?

$89 is a single line, light call volume, one destination, with the business writing its own brief in the portal. Multi-department routing, verification before transfer, integration with the phone system or CRM your team already works in, and scripting for a regulated industry are a build we do with you one-to-one. That is why the price is set on the volume your team actually handles.

Can it make outbound calls for me?

No, and that is deliberate. Under FCC ruling 24-17 an AI-generated voice is an “artificial voice” for TCPA purposes, which means prior express consent before you dial. We do not build outbound AI calling at all — the capability is absent, not switched off. Inbound only.
